My Review

‘When you are willing to fight with your demons, then this is your book.’

 My Thoughts

The Knowlegde

This book is all about the bad obsessions, bad habits, addictions and many more bad behaviours. We all have some habit or behaviour that we are not proud of. Some even try to stop these behaviours, but fail due to lack of will and proper guidance. If you have been struggling with such behaviour or habit, or if you want to help someone then this is your book.

Dr. Daniel G. Amen calls then behaviour or habits as dragons. According to Dr. Daniel every bad habit, behaviour or addiction are associated with some traumas that we come across in our life. These traumas then turn out to be our dragons that slowly gains control on our will power and changes our life. Dr. Daniel teaches how we should control our dragons rather than the other way round.

What I liked about this book

What I most like about the book is! Where Dr. Daniel talks about the aggressive thinking. I can surely say, this dragon is very famous celebrity in my house. My mother has been controlled by this dragon all her life, and even ours. I belong to go a middle-class family from India, where we think about what others think about us. But the actual truth is no one has the time to invest in other people’s problem. Everyone is extremely busy in their own life and their own problems. Why do we keep wasting are thought and time of this?

I would recommend reading this book once, you’ll be really surprised.
